The textile industry is one of the oldest and most significant industries in the
world, with a long history of evolution that dates back to ancient
civilization. It encompasses the design, production, and distribution of yarn,
fabric and clothing. Over centuries, the industry has undergone significant
transformation due to technological advancement, global trade, and
evolving consumer demands. Today, the textile industry is a global
powerhouse that plays a critical role in economies worldwide.
Textiles are Produce from a variety of natural and synthetic fibres, including
cotton, wool, silk, and polyester. These materials are transformed into
fabric, which is then used to manufacture products such as clothing, home
furnishing, medical equipment, and industrial supplies. The industry is
segmented into several stages: fibre production, yarn production, fabric
production, and garment production.
 INTRODUCTION OF COMPANY
Rajan Wholesale Bazar Pvt Ltd. is a dynamic and fast-
growing wholesale company specializing in a diverse
range of products aimed at serving the needs of small and
large retailers across India. Established with the mission
to simplify and streamline the supply chain for various
industries, Rajan Wholesale Bazar has quickly built a
reputation for reliability, competitive pricing, and
exceptional customer service

 INTRODUCTION OF TOPIC
Employee job satisfaction is the level of contentment and pleasure an
employee feels with their job and company. It's a measure of how happy
an employee is with their work, management, compensation, and other
aspects of their job.
Job satisfaction can be influenced by many factors, including:
1. Work environment: The nature of the work, the company culture, and
the employee's relationships with their co-workers
2. Career development: Opportunities for skill development, mentoring,
and advancement
3. Recognition and appreciation: How the company acknowledges
employee contributions
4. Job security: Whether the employee is worried about losing their job
Job satisfaction is important because it can impact an employee's
productivity, motivation, engagement, and customer service. It can also
affect a company's success by reducing employee turnover and improving
 OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
 To Assess the overall satisfaction and happiness of employees at work.
 Find out what factors (salary, work-life balance, growth opportunities) motivate employees.
 Identify the main sources of dissatisfaction or frustration among employees.
 Assess how the work environment and company culture affect employee satisfaction.
 Understand the link between job satisfaction and employee productivity.
 Find out how job satisfaction influences employee turnover and retention rates.
 Assess how opportunities for growth and advancement affect job satisfaction.
 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
1. Research Design:- Research design tells us about which tools and techniques are used to find the results in a
better way. Research designs have three Types: -
 Exploratory research
 Descriptive research
 Experimental research or casual research
I have used descriptive research technique in this project.
2. Scope of the Study:-
a) Job satisfaction is an important output that employees work for organization.
b) It comprises of extrinsic and intrinsic factors and helps maintain an able and willing work force.
c) It is an interesting and significant area for conducting research.
d) The study made on the topic of job satisfaction will reveal the factor of feeling of employees.
2. Source of data:-
Mainly there are two types of sources from which data can be collected. These are:
Primary source- Questionnaire
Secondary source- Internet, Books, etc.
3. Sample size:-
Sample size for the research project will be 100 Employees of Rajan Wholesale Bazar.
e) Report is useful to the management of the company to know the satisfaction levels of employees and they can take
measure to increase productivity.
f) This report may be useful to the coming management studies for reading, and may be useful in preparing this report on
the job satisfaction in business concerns, public organizations etc.
g) The study is done to know the perception of the employees towards their job.
h) The study conducted can help in giving some useful suggestions to the organizations.
4. AREA OF RESEARCH: -
Area of research is Rajan Wholesale Bazar this zone will provide me with the employee which will be used for the
findings.
5. Sample method:
The study used the judgement sampling method for collecting necessary primary data. This is non-probability
sampling method. Questionaries were used the primary data from distributors only. The secondary data is also used in
introduction of my company profile from internet.
We used a convenience sampling technique in this summer training report.
6. Organizing the data:-
Collected data is being organized for further analysis and interpretation
7. Analysing the collected data:-
The surveys and observation have been made, the completed data- collection forms must be processed in a way
That will yield the information the project was design to obtain. Firstly see that all collected data are consistent and
logical. The data must be prepared for tabulations. This means the data must be assigned to categories and then coded
so that data can be put into the computer.
 LIMITATION OF THE STUDY
 In the given short time, it is very difficult to cover all area aspect of the firm.
 Company keeping some data confidential due to competition.
 The study is based on the assumption that information provided by the respondent are true.
 No company is ready to share information due to competition in the market.

working environment factor and 21% are with job insecurity factor.
FINDINGS
 Most of the employees are satisfied with their present job.
 There is free communication among the supervisors and subordinates.
 The performance appraisal system recognised and rewards goods performance.
 The working conditions are good and satisfactory.
 The workers are quite satisfied with interpersonal relationship that exist between them.
 Employees are satisfied with the good pay as a key motivation factor for work efficiency.
 Employees are satisfied with promotional and transfer facilities.
 Supervisor give proper attention to the problems of the workers.
 The work is distributed equally among all the employees.
 The organization provides medical insurance to their employees.
 The organization appreciates their employees for their hard work.
 The supervisor motivates their employees to achieve their personal goals.
 SUGGESTIONS
 Systematic planning Reduce hurdles at the workplace and ensures smooth flow of work method.
 Mutual cooperation between employees and employers is very important to carry out work at the right
time, so the organisation should take care of providing scope for communication with department.
 There is a lack of proper training for the employees. As I am of the view that employees should be
provided adequate training, so that they feel secured.
 Companies should try to create a sense of belonging among their employees by introducing new
schemes and facilities.
 Company should introduce changes in the normal life of the organisation. thus will be helpful in charges
without any objection.
 The management should take appropriate safety and worker health measures and provision should be
made for their effective implementation.
 The management should provide labour education facilities to the workers.
 Provide them a hygienic environment so that they can stay in the organisation for the long run.
 Providing them better opportunities for their growth in the organisation.
 CONCLUSION
In conclusion, the summer training on job satisfaction provided valuable insights into the key factors
that influence employee contentment and motivation in the workplace. Through the analysis of
various organizational practices, it became evident that factors such as a positive work environment,
recognition, career development opportunities, and fair compensation play a significant role in
enhancing job satisfaction. The training also highlighted the importance of effective communication,
supportive leadership, and employee engagement in fostering a culture of satisfaction and
productivity.
The hands-on experience during this training underscored the practical applications of these
concepts, helping to better understand how organizations can implement strategies to improve
employee satisfaction. This, in turn, can lead to higher retention rates, improved performance, and a
more positive workplace culture. Overall, the summer training has been an enriching experience,
providing essential tools and knowledge to address job satisfaction issues and contribute to
organizational success.

Sample method: The study used the judgement sampling method for collecting necessary primary data. This is non-probability sampling method. Questionaries were used the primary data from distributors only. The secondary data is also used in introduction of my company profile from internet. We used a convenience sampling technique in this summer training report. 6. Organizing the data:- Collected data is being organized for further analysis and interpretation 7.      SUGGESTIONS  Systematicplanning Reduce hurdles at the workplace and ensures smooth flow of work method.  Mutual cooperation between employees and employers is very important to carry out work at the right time, so the organisation should take care of providing scope for communication with department.  There is a lack of proper training for the employees. As I am of the view that employees should be provided adequate training, so that they feel secured.  Companies should try to create a sense of belonging among their employees by introducing new schemes and facilities.  Company should introduce changes in the normal life of the organisation. thus will be helpful in charges without any objection.  The management should take appropriate safety and worker health measures and provision should be made for their effective implementation.  The management should provide labour education facilities to the workers.  Provide them a hygienic environment so that they can stay in the organisation for the long run.  Providing them better opportunities for their growth in the organisation.
