自慢力を高めよう
• 何かをやる前から「自分は大したことないので...」みたいな態度を取ら
ない(自戒)
• 同じ属性の人に伝搬する
• 何かを成し遂げた時に「自分は大したことはないので...」みたいな態度
を取らない(本当に自戒)
• やる前の人に伝搬する
• 過剰な自己評価は本人だけの問題だが、過小な自己評価は組織やコ
ミュニティ全体に影響する
