Breathing Air certification.
As IH&OSHE Manager, I was the Certifier for Lead, Cadmium and Chromium (including Cr6) for Supervisors
and Workers. I wrote the Pre-Job Site Specific Industrial Hygiene Program to be followed on numerous jobs.
I have conducted worksite surveys to observe work practices and environmental conditions to detect violations
of occupational health standards. In December 2014 to May of 2015, I personally set up the Industrial Hygiene
(IH) & OSHE Program, practices, Site Specific Program, as I had written the Company Programs in the past.
No employees had medical exposure(s) and a three month OSHA (IH) inspection that resulted in NO written

I wrote the Pre-Job Site Specific Industrial Hygiene Program to be followed on numerous jobs. I have conducted worksite surveys to observe work practices and environmental conditions to detect violations of occupational health standards. In December 2014 to May of 2015, I personally set up the Industrial Hygiene (IH) & OSHE Program, practices, Site Specific Program, as I had written the Company Programs in the past. No employees had medical exposure(s) and a three month OSHA (IH) inspection that resulted in NO written citations on “my” Industrial Hygiene (IH) Program I have personally been the company representative with the latest OSHA (IH) closing conference by an OSHA Industrial Hygiene Representative.
