This document discusses planning and production techniques used for a preliminary media project and how they were improved upon for the final production. For the prelim, little planning was done and it relied heavily on the script. However, for the final production more planning methods like storyboards and shot lists were utilized. Camera angles were improved to focus viewers on important elements. Additional locations and props were incorporated to enhance the story and characters. Match cuts and adherence to the 180 degree rule created continuity. Greater emphasis was placed on teamwork and shared decision making for the final production.
