Question 4
HOW DID YOU ATTRACT AND ADDRESS
YOUR AUDIENCE?
ACTORS
• The actors in my media product are all females, this is an advantage on the female
audiences and target market, because if consumers and audiences know that my media
product is based on females, this could influence them to come and see the film and to
but it.
• Also the actresses in my media product are all middle and working class so therefore they
could attract people from these classes to come and see the film because they could
relate to the characters much more then those of upper or higher class.
MISC-EN-SCENE
• The misc-en-scene in my media product could attract and/or influence people to come
and see it because they could relate to certain things that we have in the product, for
example, the setting id in a local school in an ordinary town and this could make people
who go to an ordinary state school want to come and see the film because they can relate
to the film, as well as being interested in the type of genre.
• This can also be stated the same about the costumes that were used within my product
as well as the props and lighting.
LANGUAGE
• The language that was used within
my media product was very cockney
and slag and this can help attract
people with the same accent or for
people who like the accent or whom
find it funny. The language was also
very basic and easy to understand
which makes it appropriate for our
target market fro our product. Also
by the accents and the way the
characters speak can influence
people to come and see the media
product which results in more
money and popular sales figures.
