 Meaning:
 Planning and organizing skills can be termed as the ability to
manage self and/or others and resources including time and
surrounding circumstances to reach a specific goal.
 It is a process which helps you to focus your ideas and decide
on the steps you need to take in order to achieve a particular
goal.
 Planning is vital at all levels in the work place. You need to
plan your own tasks and time. For example, your manager
will need to plan the tasks and time required for your
department. Senior management will need to plan the goals
and aims of the company as a whole.

 Planning your work-schedule.
 Managing and Maintaining of the Data.
 Achieving the given target.

resulting getting more references and responses.
 Maintaining good relation with client will result in getting
more requirement as well as feedback and bill payment

 The term ‘Focus’ commonly means thinking about one
thing and filtering out all other discussion distractions.

complete focus and concentration on each task that is

 Personal Branding:
 It is a combination of how you present yourself through the various
means of communication and of how clients remember you after
you have provided the service.
 The two establish specific characteristics to your name and image
in the market memory.
 More specifically, the process involves Creating/developing
Personal Branding Statements personal or corporate as well as
other feature of self-presentation like business cards, spoken
presentations, advertisements and online marketing.
