#12 The Dangerous Drugs Board listed three major drugs of abuse in the Philippines. These are methamphetamine hydrochloride or “shabu”, cannabis sativa or “marijuana” and inhalants better known as “solvents”. These drugs of abuse are included in the six classifications of drugs.
