 Pumel, primarily a staffing solutions provider, is also an HR Business
Partner to a niche clientele in Automobile, Fashion & Retail, FMCG,
Manufacturing and Oil & Gas.
 Incorporated in 2012, Pumel was founded by Puneet Khurana &
Melbourn D'mello with a vision to integrate HR with business to derive
maximum growth and value.
 Head-quarted in Vasai, Pumel is soon going to be -
"PUMEL Group India Pvt. Ltd."
 PUMEL has recently become a member of CBREX - A Cross Border
recruitment platform that enables seamless global hiring and
recruitment for its domestic and international clients.

4. Operations Summary
 Pumel, until mid-2014 catered to staffing and payroll requirement of
clients in ITeS and Retail domains only. After a ramp-up in 2014, a
stronger team of recruiters and technology platforms were put into
place, thus enabling faster & controlled delivery across IT, FMCG,
Automobile and Retail & Fashion domains included.
 The affiliation with CBREX has further propelled its operational and
hiring ambit across international borders.
 Pumel, until now, a sole proprietorship business, has applied for
regulation into PUMEL Group India Pvt. Ltd., with Puneet Khurana as
Managing Director & Chairman and Melbourn D'mello as Director -
Business & Operations, in September – 2015 under The Indian
Companies' Act, 2013.

 CxO & Leadership Hiring: Pumel has had a long standing association
with experts, top-brass professionals and leaders across industries. This
enables us to treat a CxO/Leadership requirement with the tenability
and diligence it deserves.
 Staffing & Hiring: Pumel provides a choice between permanent and
temporary staffing; clients who have an HR function can choose the
former, whereas the ones who don't, can choose the latter. Temporary
staffing allows the clients to move employees from the payrolls of
Pumel to their own at any time during employment.

Puneet, Melbourn and Priya comprise the core team at PUMEL, each of
them being operational since its inception. They have also shared a
working relationship in their previous organizations.
Puneet specializes in recruitment and talent acquisition for 8 years now,
whereas, Melbourn’s forte has been business operations. Priya’s focus
has been execution using technology platforms while complying with
costs.
