Puha is basically a garden weed. Its found around the edges of the
concrete or growing amongst your flower or vege garden.
It can be washed, scrubbed and eaten in a boil up but its also known to
kill warts.

4. How to use it
Snap the puha stalk to expose the white sap inside. Apply this on your wart.
The covering stops it from being exposed to the air. Apply at least three times
a day.
The process is long. It may take several months but its an inexpensive way to
treat warts. Its also puts good use to those unwanted weeds outside your
home.
Use pumas from the beach to scrap the dead skin off.
