Korean beauty is colourful, kitschy and totally trendy. This is
precisely where we started our trend research on society, beauty,
fashion and technology when sketching innovation territories for
the further development of the Douglas App.
BEAUTIFUL FUTURE
Voice interfaces have a massive impact on consumer behaviour. In
a research project, we explored voice trends worldwide and
translated them into future oportunities for Deutsche Telekom
which have been prototyped and tested.
THE VOICE OF TELEKOM
In the next few years, Fresenius Kabi will continue to optimize
production in its plants through process mining, predictive
maintenance, downtime reduction and digital twins. We advised
them on the preparation of the Executive Board presentation.
FACTORY OF THE FUTURE
How does digitization affect consumer behavior with regard to
prescription orders? In a 3-day co-creation session we explored this
strategic question, derived theses, generated ideas and developed
two prototypes.
DIGITAL PHARMACY
Our commerce, brand and strategy expertise helped Prym develop
the tools and processes they needed to digitize sales and
distribution to be prepared for the future in times of declining
retail sales.
