What is a PSA?
Preliminary Questions What is the  purpose  of your PSA? Who is your target  audience ? What specific  action (s) do you want your audience to take? What  approach  will be the most effective?
Step 1 write a script draft
Step 2 Film your PSA
Step 3 Edit your footage to the proper length.
Step 4 Go back to your preliminary questions--did you achieve all that you wanted to achieve? Is your message clear?
Step 5 Add  legal  music to your PSA* *see Additional Resources
Step 6 Include contact and resource information in the last frame
