Proxemics is the study of the space between interacting individuals and how the distance communicates the level of intimacy in their relationship. The distance between people provides information about the nature of their communication and relationship, and people can move between zones of distance depending on changes in the relationship. Chronemics is the study of how people communicate through their use and perception of time, such as how delays in responses or arriving late convey un reliability, while adhering to time spans communicates sincerity.

3. CHRONEMICS
• Chronemics is the study of time.
• In it we communicate with others in terms of time by showing them what time means to
us.
• Delay in replaying to a personal and business letters as a phone call early In the
morning, coming late for the works as meeting etc are example of chronemics in non
verbal communication.
• Communication of task with in a specific time span communicate sincerely. Hard work,
loyalty, reliability, whereas frequent late coming and absenteeism make communicate
unreliability, laziness of the person.
• Time management is one of the most important part of overall management .
