The stakeholder, a 27 year old female college
student, needs mechanisms to help her insert herself
in the working world after she graduates, because
there is no established way to do so that she
succeeds.

3. Prototype 1: Have companies do partnerships so that their professionals can
rotate to learn different realities so that when they come back have a wider
vision of doing things.
- I explained my idea while showing pictures of the different scenarios I
thought of, and giving them the opportunity to put out new ones. Tried
some role playing with them being part of it.
- I asked what they liked and didn´t like and why.

of different positions and areas in a

-Why would that help make the

- Shouldn´t the school have a more
active role in the path?
-Instead of rotating one person, rotate
entire teams, so that when they come
back the impact is wider, and for
specific missions or tasks.
-Have people of the other companies
come and give talks about how and
what they do.

- I did some role playing while showing them a curricula.

be afforded by the college? Or the
working place? Or the student?
-Have colleges or schools do
partnerships with abroad companies
that have local job places to fill when
grads come back.
-Have partnerships with abroad schools
to do one term in school abroad to learn
about the culture and then one term the
internship.

7. Reflection
 I learned that prototyping for ideas that aren´t a physical products is much
harder than what I thought of, but it is possible.
 I learned that is very difficult for social sciences to test their hypothesis and
ideas to solve different problems.
 Based on my feedback I am sure that the problem has multiple solutions
and involves different stakeholders.
 I think the proper mechanism has more than one aspect and all the ideas in
the initial brainstorming have something that can add up to designing a
solution.
 I would go back and interview more stakeholders to the problem, not only
the one I am focused on, like teachers or companies that hire newly
grads, probably ask them for ideas of solutions, not only about the
problem, ask if the things I´ve thought about already exist and what are the
results.
 I would like to make my prototypes more realistic and test them with the
other stakeholders, not only the one I´m focused on.
 I want to design a more complex mechanism (but have serious trouble wne
prototyping) where all the stakeholders play an important role in solving
the issue.
