A marketing campaign is proposed to Nike to help fight gender bias against female athletes. The campaign aims to create awareness for future generations where female and male athletes can be seen as equal. It will include a website launch in August, marketing efforts from August 5-8, an event in August 30th. The budget is $59,500 covering items like the website, content marketing, social media ads, influencer marketing and traditional marketing. Authorization from Nike's CEO is requested by May 4th to begin the campaign.
