Founder and Owner – Yoni Saar
Yoni Saar has stood at the head of Promarket Group since establishing the company
in 1989, following a lengthy career in communications. Over the years he has led the
company’s development, making it Israel’s largest and leading experiential
marketing group.
In addition to his ownership role, Saar also serves as Promarket’s professional
manager and creative consultant, and deals with the company’s future business
development. In addition, Saar authors a marketing column in the financial press, is
a guest lecturer for leading academic institutions in Israel and a marketing
consultant for various Israeli companies.
Many of the most complex events in Israel have been led by Yoni Saar, who
pioneered the field of experiential events and marketing. He supervises all content
for all Promarket Group clients, overseeing every project and personally leading
some of them.

Our services include: line production, technical production, accommodations and registration management
(including hoteling, transportation and field trips, content management, creative management, production
of stage events and, of course, management and integration of the numerous production-related bodies.
Promarket is the only production company in Israel to handle the entire range of services in-house with is
professional staff – a team of 70 highly experienced employees specializing in numerous areas.
The company’s outstanding capabilities and expertise have made it the producer of Israel’s top stage and

Over the last decade Promarket has produced the largest congresses in Israel while providing customers

branding elements.

content creation for events and conferences, with vast experience in creating dedicated event concepts. It builds convention timetables based on the
specific target audience, selects emcees, writes emcee texts and enlists leading speakers from Israel and abroad. It also manages speaker arrays,
coordination, preparation and event hospitality.

GA - JFNA
The General Assembly of the Jewish
Federations of North America 2013/2018
JFNA’s GA event takes place every year in North America and every fifth
year in Israel. As the annual convention of the Jewish Federations of
North America, one of its principal objectives is to strengthen the
organization’s ties with Israel.
More than 3000 guests arrive for a week of events around Israel: field
trips, official visits and the central conference, which includes 3 days of
plenaries on various topics in the presence of the prime minister, state
president, government ministers and numerous dignitaries, as well as
an exhibition and special gatherings.
Promarket is deeply involved, taking responsibility
for every aspect of planning and production of this
extraordinary week of events.
Genesis Prize Ceremony – in
partnership with the government
of Israel, the Jewish Agency and
the Genesis Foundation, 2014
The Genesis Prize is a global initiative whose objective is to strengthen
ties among world Jewry with its shared cultural and spiritual values. A
$1 million prize was awarded to Michael Bloomberg for his outstanding
achievements in public service, his role as a leading philanthropist, his
outspoken support for Israel and his obvious pride in his Jewish
identity.
The event, for some 500 people, took place at the Jerusalem Theater,
with the participation of the prime minister, and was emceed by Jay
Leno and Ayelet Zurer, with performances by Rita, Yevgeni Kisin and
others.
Prime Minister’s
Innovation Conference
The Prime Minister’s Innovation Conference was held in
Tel Aviv And Jerusalem in October, 2018 at the initiative
of the Ministry of Culture and Sport and in cooperation
with the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation. Dozens
of delegations from around the world attended the
conference, based on the theme, “Innovation for a Better
World”. They debated the most important challenges
facing today’s world, discussed innovative technological
solutions and Israel’s role as an innovation superpower
in leading the world to a better place.
The Prime Minister’s Innovation Prizes were awarded in
the framework of the conference, which also included
the inauguration of the Peres Peace Center. Promarket
produced every facet of the conference -- operations,
content and more.
The Israel President’s Conference
2008-2013
Promarket Group produced five President’s Conferences, beginning
in 2008. The group was a full partner, working closely with the
conference steering committee and collaborating on written content,
as well as proofing it together with Ambassador Avi Gil. Promarket
also handled scheduling, content, VIP meetings, and more.
The President’s Conference is among the most complex events held
in Israel in recent years, with some 270 speakers appearing at various
content events and complex logistical challenges. Promarket led the
development of the overall production concept, from initial concept
through participant registration. Its work also included developing
the conference’s tourism concept, spatial design for the Jerusalem
International Convention Center, guest transportation, VIP affairs,
coordination with and guidance for speakers before panels, and
more.
Ben-Gurion University
Project: Board of Trustees Event | Years: 2017
Participants: 5,000 | Client: Ben-Gurion University
Promarket produced the Board of Trustees events of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev as an
international event. It included a week-long series of events (some 7 separate events) held for
donors from overseas (about 500 people) and some 750 students as well as donors from Israel,
senior university staff and more.
Promarket handled every aspect of planning and execution, from conceptualization through
direction of various events, production of artistic content and technical production of the
event itself: lighting, amplification, projection, simultaneous translation, catering, branding,
signage, decoration, spatial design, and more, including registration of participants. Everything
was handled in full cooperation with the university. It also streamed the plenary sessions
interactively on huge screens at the Jerusalem International Convention Center.

2007
Event of the Joint Distribution Committee’s
Board of Trustees held in 2007.
For donors, business people, Israeli politicians and representatives of diaspora
Jewry. The event was held in a transparent tent in the Israel Museum’s
sculpture garden in Jerusalem. Directed by Ronen Peled it was based on the
concept of a “dinner show” for the distinguished guests.
“The March of the Living” in Poland
For 6 years, from 2003 to 2009, Promarket produced “The March of the Living in Poland”
including its central events in Krakow, Warsaw and the Auschwitz-Birkenau
concentration camp. Among others, Promarket also produced the main event marking
60 years since the liberation of the Birkenau camps, with the participation of 500 young
people, guests from around the world and then-prime minister, the late Ariel Sharon, as
well as other events timed to coincide with his visit.
100th Anniversary of the
Hebrew University’s
Cornerstone Laying
A prestigious gala event at David’s Citadel in Jerusalem, with 400
dignitaries and donors from around the world enjoying a
prestigious sit-down repast in the style of a “dinner show”. A large
stage was built especially for the event and a spectacular video
mapping show on the walls of the citadel told the story of the
evening and the university’s vision for the future.
The Israeli diamond industry events
A series of high standard events in 2008-2010 including:

Kimberley process certification scheme- a series of
conferences and events with the aim of eliminating
illicit trade in rough diamonds
