- #6 The old OMS is currently down.
- #7 This is the new OMS which is integrated already in the LIS. No memo on the utilization of the new OMS yet but WinS Coordinators can browse the website.
- #14 For deworming, if there’s no deworming tabs available, please advise them to request for a certification from LGU about the unavailability of deworming meds. IEC materials can be posted at bulletin boards outside the classroom, WASH facilities, hallways, canteens, etc.
- #15 Absence of any of these non-negotiable indicators would automatically give the school a zero star rating.
