10. Gray & Associates - Interior and exterior demolition and renovation of an existing 37,000 s.f. warehouse/transportation facility converted to high end law offices. Asbestos remediation required and worked in conjunction with the Department of Natural Resources and OSHA regulations. Extensive demolition was involved due to a reinforced vault. Intermediate structural roof repair was required

16. Lake Country Square - Exterior reface of an existing Pick & Save grocery store and retail stores. Decorative and utility masonry and structural steel elements were involved. This project was completed in phases so the continued operation of the grocery store and other retail tenants were not interrupted. Project included new parking lot.

24. The Beauty Spot is a 3,000 sf day spa facility. The project is located in College Park, FL in the Wellesley Building and features five specialized pedicure chairs which involved special plumbing requirements, which could not interfere with the building foundation system. Spa floors are finished with an epoxy finish.

28. Harmoni Market - is a 3,500 s.f. restaurant/market. High end European style finishes and high end millwork. This project involved extensive HVAC, plumbing and electrical work due to the project located in a multi use building. Precision planning and layout was a must in order that all equipment was properly connected

32. The Osceola Brownstones - Townhouse condominiums which included four buildings for a total of 26 high end units totaling 50,000 s.f. The project had a zero lot line in the downtown area which made storage and delivery logistics a challenge. Wood frame structure with three floors per unit. These two bedroom, 2 ½-bathroom homes feature amenities such as granite kitchen countertops, wood flooring and two-car attached garages. Each individual unit includes a spiral staircase which leads to a rooftop terrace and Jacuzzi.
