microfinance services to low income households that alleviate poverty and enable women to
become active agents of society.
THE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF OUR NGO ARE:
 To provide Social, Education and Economical Empowerment to Women and Children.
 To safeguard the rights of the Women and provide the well being of Women in need.
 To secure for the transgendered, their basic human rights and ensuring them a better way
of living
 Providing medical assistance and legal aid to those affected by disasters.
 To provide medical and legal assistance to the old aged and to take such other measures
to ensure their social well being
 To preserve and protect the environment and propagate the significance of sustainable
development for maintain ecological balance
 To associate itself with any other institution, Society and Association, having objectives
wholly or in part, similar to those of this Society and to Co-operate with any person or
body of persons in furtherance of such objective.
STRUCTURE: The structure of our Organization is Nonprofit. The organization must
form as a nonprofit corporation at the state level and then to apply for the federal exemption
with the internal Revenue Service.

3.  ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: AO is the one who act as a point of
contact for all Employees providing administrative support and managing their queries.
He maintains the record, preparing regular report.
 ACCOUNTS OFFICER: Accounts Manager is the one who manages the
financial Bookkeeping of the organization. Each day he invoices, record payments, and
track expenses of the organization.
 PROGRAM MANAGER: Program manager is the one who program and
activities in accordance with the Mission and goals of the organization. Plan a program
by managing budget.
 PROJECT CONTROLLER: project controller is the one who directly deals
with the project team and works directly with the project manager to help define the
project’s goals and objectives, and recommend actions to improve progress.
INCOME SOURCE: The major source of our NGO is from the Funding, Jobs
provided to the vacant women and men (by expending their income on providing facilities).
From other hidden sources of owners investments.
SERVICES WORLDWIDE: We are providing our services worldwide by aiding
the needy and casualties at the time of any disaster or any emergency.
