The document outlines plans for an A2 Media project that includes a music video, promotional website, and digipak. 3. MUSIC VIDEO
 SONG: Ed Sheeran – Autumn Leaves, taken from the album ‘+’
 LYRIC ANALYSIS: The artist is singing about a friend he once lost – lyrics
suggest that the friend died but we don’t know that for sure.
 MY PLOT: OPENING SEQUENCE- One friend goes to a forest for some
thought-processing, relaxation etc. She’s on her own, quite sad.
FLASHBACK: Various flashback sequences of the girl and her friend
together i.e. at a party, concert, bowling, shopping, birthdays etc. In
between each individual flashback is a short clip of the MALE SINGER
performing a section of the song. CLOSING SEQUENCES: A revelation
that the other friend has perhaps run away, died etc (ENIGMA CODE),
shot changes to the first girl as we see her get upset, the flashbacks
return and get quicker and quicker as she remembers her friend –
intermingled with the performance sections again. The plot returns to
the girl in the forest, she is joined by an unidentified character – (it’s
really the singer!) as she releases some balloons into the air to signify
that this song is about her trying to communicate/remember etc.

4. MUSIC VIDEO
 SHOTS I NEED: Very basic shots, to some extent some of
them (mostly the flashbacks) will have a slight
shake/home-video style to them, perhaps suggesting that
another friend is also involved. Slow movements to
emphasize mood of song, such as a gradual zoom on the
girl as she waits in the forest. FLASHBACKS will be shown
with a close-up of the girls eyes, and the screen fades to
black as she closes her eyes. FLASHBACKS will have a
slightly dimmer colour to signify an older date/the past.
