Overview of the Programme:
Achieving the organizational goals and success of every Institution depends upon the
effective and efficient utilisation of human resources of the organisation. Dedicated,
motivated and proactive human resource is an asset of every organisation. Increased
productivity, improved quality and lower cost are needed to survive and sustain in the
competitive business world.
Due to rapid technological advancement and innovations, requirement of specialised
skills is increasing. Hence, constant up gradation of skills or acquiring new skills by
existing employees, retaining the trained and skilled employees and adopting
innovative HR techniques are needed for higher performance.
Objectives:
The objectives of the Programme are

(b) HR Managers / Executives of State level Cooperative Dairy Federations, Dairy

(c) HR Managers / Executives of District Cooperative Banks
(d) Officers in the Establishment /personnel Section of any large sized Cooperative
society
Duration and Dates: 4 days (07-10 November 2016)
Venue:
VAMNICOM, Pune. Stay in double sharing AC rooms or Single Non AC rooms and
Boarding arrangements in the campus of the Institute for participants.
Facilitators
The sessions will be handled by faculty of the Institute specialised in the area.
Besides, leading facilitators /trainers from the corporate sector will handle the
sessions.
Programme Fees:
Rs. 6,000/- (Rupees six thousand only) per participant, which covers stay and
boarding, training material kit. The fees may be sent after confirmation of the
nomination, by Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Director, VAMNICOM and
payable at Pune or may be paid by NEFT to V.M. National Institute of Cooperative
