REQUIREMENTS UPON RESERVATION:

PENALTY AND PAYMENT GRACE PERIOD:
Each client shall be provided with a period of 7 (seven) days grace period
including weekends and holidays to settle his/her monthly amortization from her actual date
of amortization
PENALTY CHARGE FOR DELAYED PAYMENTS:
Clients' payments which are settled on the 8th day from the original amortization
date shall be charged with a minimum penalty of 3% on the total amortization due
SERVICE FEE - A Service fee of Php 2,000.00 shall be charged on transfer & change of option and the like
for requests within a period of 60 days from the date of reservation. Requests submitted on
the date exceeding the 60 day grace period shall be charged with a service fee depending
on management approval.

Sec 1 : All accredited Sellers ( Brokers / Referrers / Direct Agents ) under the Broker Network Sales Division & have duly signed
the accreditation form and have submitted complete requirements such as stated on Section 1.1( Brokers requirements :
photocopy of PRC License) / 1.2 ( Realty Requirements : photocopy of PRC License, DTI,SEC Registration, Secretary’s
Certificate ) / 1.3 ( Direct Agents Requirements : photocopy of 1 valid ID with signature appearing at the back ).
Sec 2 : The client must have cleared payments on his/her reservation fee amounting to Php 25,000.00. Thus, no clearing shall be
required for cash payments
Sec 3 : In the event that the amount of reservation fee stated on Sec 2 is stated in partial , the incentive shall be released ONLY
upon full payment and clearing of the Php 25,000.00 Reservation Fee
Sec 4 : If in any case, the reserving client has paid Php 25,000 cash, the Seller shall receive his/her incentive within a minimum of
7 days and maximum 15 days upon receipt of the Management of the necessary requirements stated on Sec 5
Sec 5 : For check payments, the cash incentive shall be released upon check clearing and compliance of the requirements

Sec 7 : Regardless of the division on Section 6, in the absence of 1 level , the additional amount will be provided to the Sales
Person : ( Sample Level : Broker Head - 500 ; Branch Manager - 500 ; Salesperson - 4,000 )
Sec 8 : The incentive program shall cover all sales beginning January 2014 to December 2014
Sec 9 : The per unit incentive shall be released in the form of cash
Sec 10 : The cash incentive of Php 5,000 shall be automatically released to the Seller. The Seller has the discretion if the Php 5,000

Sec 4 All clients with full Down Payment of 20%
Sec 5 Clients must have submitted complete external financing requirements AS MAY BE REQUIRED by the financing company ( Bank
Financing / HDMF Financing )
Sec 6 In the event that the client has backed-out prior to 20% Down Payment , the account will not be included in the computation of
incentive. However, in the event that the client has backed-out but has a total payment minimum of 20% up, the account will be
credited to the Sellers accumulative incentive.
Sec 7 The Seller has the choice of claiming the accumulative incentive program , as long as he/she has complied with the mechanics
stated on Sec 1 to 5 of the Accumulative Down Payment incentive program. Moreover, the accounts that were included on the
incentive released shall not be counted on the succeeding accumulative incentive program.

of check for encashment. See above computation
Sec 10 The incentive program shall cover all sales beginning January 2014 and ending December 2014 / 2015 / 2016
Sec 11 In the event that the accumulative incentive has been claimed by the Seller , the computation will be strictly BACK TO
ZERO
Sec 12 For units less than 20% Down Payment , unclaimed during annual cut-off will be released upon request the following
year. Provided that the requirements stated on Section 4 and 5 has been complied upon clients 20% full down payment

General Mechanics and Guidelines on the ACCUMULATIVE Paid-Up Incentive Program Sec 8 In the event that the Seller decides to claim his/her incentive the total amount of incentive released shall be based on the account qualified based on the mechanics stated on Sec 4 and Sec 5. In any case that some accounts did not qualify, the said accounts shall be counted on the succeeding incentive. Sec 9 The accumulative incentive shall be released within 15 working days from the date of approval and shall be in the form of check for encashment.
