Cisco Proactive Network Operations Center (PNOC) has a set of tools that enable
Cisco NCEs and Cisco NOC service partners to remotely deliver expert day-to-day
services, to proactively manage customer network during the Operate and Optimize
phase of the network lifecycle using Cisco leading practices and IT Infrastructure
Library (ITIL)-based processes.
2. Project: PNOC SP Video
Cisco Videoscape lets the service providers bring the content from pay TV, online, and
on-demand sources together. The SP Video solution includes Media Suite applications
and limited third-party applications in the Data Center or Virtualization environment.
