The production team reviewed the weather forecast for Frinton-On-Sea in November to find a sunny day to film at the beach. They selected November 14th which was forecasted to be sunny. They also created an equipment list with justifications for each item to ensure they have the necessary gear and do not forget anything important for the beach filming.

2. Weather
 As we will be filming at the beach we want to try and film on a day when
the weather is nice, hopefully sunny.
 November is coming up so we are a bit worried that we will go to film at
Frinton-On-Sea on a day where it could rain or be really windy.
 We decided to look at the weather forecast so we could choose a day
accordingly. We managed to find a day when it is meant to be sunny, 14th
November.

3. Equipment list
 The purpose of writing out an equipment list is so that we, hopefully, won’t
forget anything when coming onto filming.
 We also wrote justifications for why we will be using each piece of
equipment. The purpose of doing this was to make sure that each piece of
equipment had a significant purpose otherwise it may not be worth
bringing it along.
