Eight years ago, if anyone told me that I would be a travel lover then I would have called you that you are crazy! I have no interest in roaming around the world even I hate going out of home for any reason at that time that’s why being a traveller for me was impossible that time. Mostly I used to go for a walk in evening even in my own lawn. I won’t believe that I hate outdoor games too.

ABSTRACT: Many writers describe empowerment as a process as opposed to a condition or state of being which is being a key feature of empowerment emphasized by many researchers. As a process empowerment becomes difficult to be measured by standard tools available to social scientists. As case study helps in bringing us to understand a complex issue or object and can extend experience or add strength to what is already known through previous research. Case studies also emphasized on detailed contextual analysis of a limited number of events or conditions and their relationships. Researcher had made use of this qualitative research method to examine contemporary real-life situations.

We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. The Legend of Rawa Pening
Once upon a time, there was a little poor boy came into a little village. He
was very hungry and weak. He knocked at every door and asked for some
food, but nobody cared about him. Nobody wanted to help the little boy.
Finally, a generous woman helped him. She gave him shelter and a meal.
When the boy wanted to leave, this old woman gave him a “lesung”, a big
wooden mortar for pounding rice. She reminded him, “please remember, if
there is a flood you must save yourself. Use this “lesung” as a boat”. The
“lesung” was happy and thanked the old woman. The little boy continued his
journey. While he was passing through the village, he saw many people
gathering on the field. The boy came closer and saw a stick stuck in the
ground. People challenged each other to pull out that stick. Everybody tried,
but nobody succeeded. “Can I try?” asked the little boy. The crowd laughed
mockingly. The boy wanted to try his luck so he stepped forward and pulled
out the stick. He could do it very easily. Everybody was dumbfounded.
Suddenly, from the hole left by stick, water spouted out. It did not stop until
it flooded the village. And no one was saved from the water except the little
boy and the generous old woman who gave him shelter and meal. As she
told him, he used the “lesung” as a boat and picked up the old woman. The
whole village became a huge lake. It is now known as Rawa Pening Lake in
Salatiga, Central Java, Indonesia.

My Adolescence
I had my adolescence when I was thirteen.
It started with acne that showed up on my face.
It was very annoying. It lowered my self-esteem
and I was embarrassed to come out of my house
and play with friends.
Fortunately, my Mum gave me a good medicine.
In three weeks, the acnes started to vanish
although those showed some black spots in my
face.
That was my bad experience with adolescence,
though there were still lots of good experience
too.
