This document outlines the schedule and learning outcomes for a class that will involve group work designing depictions of Jesus's care for the poor, a discussion on whether Jesus was a revolutionary, and self-assessment on contributions to the group and how the class changed views on Jesus. Los maestros son uno de los colectivos de empleados públicos españoles más afectados por el acoso laboral
De los afectados tratados por PRIDICAM desde el año 2003 hasta el año 2015, siempre en nuestras estadísticas aparecen los "maestros" como los empleados públicos que sufren más casos de acoso laboral.

Aun cuando en nuestras estadísticas la administración pública más "acosadora" es la administración municipal y después la autonómica, son las "Consejerías de Educación" y en concreto los "maestros", los que tienen un índice mayor de afectados atendidos.
Este índice de "maestros" afectados atendidos por provincias, nos dice que se extiende a todas ellas y que es un comportamiento extendido, sorprendiendo su generalización en centros públicos pequeños, medianos y grandes y por lo tanto en todo tipo de provincias.
Después de los "maestros", los empleados públicos autonómicos más afectados son el "personal sanitario" , de los cuales hablaremos en un próximo artículo.

Si hay algo que ha motivado a redactar esta breve guía donde se recopilan conceptualizaciones psicosociales y jurídicas, es quizás hacer esa mirada al pasado, es conocer al autor, el que hoy pueda contar sin llorar su experiencia emocional a raíz de su actividad laboral como funcionario público en condición de policía local.
Él, que estuvo en esa caverna encadenada a la pared viendo sombras, conoce hoy muy bien cada matiz del perfil acosado y acosador, sin embargo no fue consciente de lo que puede sentir una víctima1 de un acoso laboral continuado en el tiempo, hasta que cayó vencido por inanición institucional.
Detrás también queda mucho silencio y soledad, donde muchas personas sin ser conscientes de ello -o sí-, eligieron callar, mirar para otro lado y seguir coartando su libertad por diferentes motivos; quizás por miedo, quizás por ignorancia, quizás por comodidad, o quizás porque sus aspiraciones en la vida no sea la de ser juez ni parte de la injusticia, simplemente una consciencia más en camino.
Lo importante de esta recopilación textual, es que el lector/a pueda apreciar las últimas huellas de una posible víctima a consecuencia del acoso laboral o mobbing, recopilación como decimos, que ha sido descrita desde las propias vivencias de quien ha podido padecer las consecuencias psicológicas de un término que cada vez está recobrando más interés entre investigadores y estudiosos de este campo laboral que responde al maltrato institucional.
Es decir, se están detectando a empleados públicos que después de años en la sombra, están siendo reconocidos como víctimas. Pero lo lamentable de esta historia, es que la víctima de mobbing, también lo es fuera del trabajo, en todos sus aspectos de su vida personal (así lo describe en diversas publicaciones el coautor de estas páginas).
