• Celador is a global light entertainment company originally formed as 
a independent production company in 1983. It has produced many 
light entertainment shows and is best known for ‘Who Wants to be a 
Millionaire?’ and co producing the film Slumdog millionaire 
• Celador also owns eighteen Uk radio stations as of march 2013 last 
year. 
• Celador was formally taken over by complete communications which 
brought out many shareholders including Paul Smith CBE and Jasper 
Carrott. Under the ownership of complete, Celador expanded its 
fledgling radio film and worldwide businesses 
• So then Celador became so successful they brought their Selves out 
and are now an independent company

project by project basis, contracting with some freelance staff ranging 
from directors and actors to lawyers and caterers to make sure a 
project gets made. 
• Celador are set up with a fund to use in production. That fund may 
come from initial investors bank loans or even personal finance there 
might be matching finance available from official bodies like screen 
west midlands or the uk film council. 
• Celador will do deals with other similar small companies lots of 
independent uk filmed are co productions with small companies from 
more European countries 
• Celador might fund a project by selling the project to a distributor 
before its been made and the distributor is guaranteed a final product

network of quality music stations across the south and south west of 
England. Films such as separate lies theatrical like Slumdog 
Millionaire the Musical is currently launched in London's West End 
in 2012. And even music by Lusam Music which is an international 
music publishing company, primarily representing the works of a 
variety of composers of television and film music of the highest 
quality
