STRATEGIC GOAL 1 «To finalize the territorial organisation of executive
power and provide legal grounds for decentralisation»
Legal regulations are in place for settling issues
concerning the administrative and territorial
structure of Ukraine
Starting from the first year after the enactment
of the Law (draft law No. 4298), the number of
local self-government acts ruled illegal by courts
has been decreasing steadily compared to the
previous years
