Åmot Ungdomsskole is a lower secondary school in Rena, Norway serving students ages 13-16. The school has a strong focus on journalism, producing a youth newspaper and having students interview notable figures like Nobel Peace Prize winners and world leaders. The school aims to broaden students' horizons by providing opportunities to learn directly about other places and cultures through trips abroad.
