• One of the options for me to showcase my work to the audience I am targeting and bring attention to my work is one of the easiest options and make
sense to do, is promotional accounts on different social media sites, such apps like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Those are the three possibilities
of apps I could use to promote the MOA magazine. The reasoning for this decision is that, from the research I had done about Gen Z that my target
audience 16-21 are included in, I had discovered that social media is used by my target audience 8+ hours a day, and as I am also apart of the target
audience the best social media apps that 16-21 year olds would use the three apps. Instagram would be a good promotion site for the magazine as I
could show the edited pages of MOA magazine, and also the edited photos from the photoshoots of all three concepts. An idea I have for promoting
the images and MOA magazine as a whole on Instagram is create carousel images of unedited images and also showing carousel of the front cover
of MOA magazine and have the captions in the images stating to the audience that should check out the magazine on Issuu.com as that is where I
have uploaded on my magazine on. Using TikTok to promote the MOA magazine could work and the vision for that is to make behind the scenes
videos of the photoshoots through images and also create TikToks that give tutorial on how to create a certain effect of the images like I have on the
pages for MOA magazine. YouTube is the last option to promote my magazine but also showcase my process of creating MOA magazine, I could
make YouTube video on the magazine and express the meanings behind ‘MOA’ , the chosen themes for the magazine and showcase a flip through of
magazine but at the end of videos express and promote them magazine on Issuu.

3. Exhibitions- York Zine Fest
To get a broader audience on viewing my magazine is applying my magazine to the York Zine Fest as that I will be able to show my magazine to other artists who have
created their own magazine and people who enjoy smaller artists work on magazines. As researching about printing costs for magazines and seeing how expensive it
could be print one copy and but also only as handful of copies of the magazines the likelihood of anyone actually taking a printed out copy and keep it is very slim which
would be a waste of my money and would affect the environment which I am deeply against with. Using York Zine Fest could be a good option for me as York Zone Fest is
festival for people who make magazines but also people who apart of the media industry help them build a platform for themselves in their work as that could be
recognised a well known artist or company and possibly gain a name for themselves in the media industry. The entry for the festival is free which is even better and works
better in my case for showing my fanzine so there wont a hustle of people having to find and have money on them to see the MOA magazine, anyone could go an view
the magazine for themselves in real life but also this would be good opportunity for me to envision my work in media.

4. Website- Wix Site & Issuu
• Another way I could I am going to showcase and have already showcased my work by using the Wix site I made for to show my work for FMP and
create sub page(s) to show a significant amount of the unedited pages and create a gallery. As I think that would be a good a idea to show to the
audience the images unedited and have them be able to see the contrast of edited image and the edited images used in my magazine and make an
area for the audience to see specific areas I edited the images to make them the way I did. As the subpages wont t have that much writing to the page
as it would only include the title that would say ‘GALLERY’ and the sub titles that tell what theme you seeing out the three themes. As I will be
advertising the gallery and possibility on showing the link and snippets of the gallery on the promotional Instagram. Another way to present and
promote my magazine is uploading on magazine uploading website called Issuu, Issuu is a site I have used previously to upload my fanzine for a
different project and I think uploading my magazine onto Issuu will more accessible way for my audience to view my magazine straightforward.

n
My conclusion to what I will be doing for my magazine promotion/presentation is to use social media apps specifically Instagram
and YouTube to advertise and showcase unseen sections such as images and behind the scenes of creating MOA magazine on the
Instagram website and with YouTube I will be creating a less than 5 min presentation for of what MOA magazine is about and the
decisions in the processes of making the magazine. And I will be using be Issuu.com to upload my magazine so I will be able to
showcase the magazine as a whole but also to be able to copy the link to the magazine and use the link in other areas of promotion
I will be using such the social media apps and the Wix site. The Wix site will be a site I will be showcasing a gallery on my FMP
website as to show with my edited images from each three concepts of MOA magazine.
