PURPOSEFUL ALIGNMENT
                         Is

Using HR and Psychometric Technology and Reality
Data to define one’s talent and to determine where
to purposefully engage in order to:

 Create high flyers out of them
 Make schools and teachers high and differentiated
  performers
 Make employers and their products and services
  differentiated and forever competitive
 Make employees high flyers and job secured
What problems are we solving nationally?

   More than $85B spent on 700k students each
    year (Govt. spends >$70B but over 50% is poor
    investment as more than 400k will be deemed
    as failures.
   Over 650k of the 1.1m workforce not
    rewarded for their talent because they are not
    purposefully aligned to become high flying
    employees.
   Over 200k are not working because their
    talents are not known.
   Many employers will continue to be wiped out
    by China, T&T, South America and USA
    because they don’t use talent to differentiate
    and compete.
We can conclude that
 Jamaica is a land of
     wasted HR
Indeed the wealthiest places in Jamaica
are where talents are lost forever.

 About100k of 112k persons buried
 annually without realizing their
 dreams.

 Almost 4k inmates who will use their
 talents the wrong way.

    teacher, class and curriculum that match their

   Aligns all learning institutions with teachers,
    trainers and curriculum with students and
    communities who have specific clusters of talents.
THE INDUSTRY SEGMENT

   Aligns all employer with a cluster of talent to give
    them uniqueness, superior productivity and
    competitiveness.

   · Align all workers, job seekers, aspiring
    entrepreneurs to the appropriate industry,
    employers and business opportunities that match
    their talent to ensure that they are high flying
    achievers.

Presentation Purposeful Alignment

PURPOSEFUL ALIGNMENT Is Using HR and Psychometric Technology and Reality Data to define one’s talent and to determine where to purposefully engage in order to:  Create high flyers out of them  Make schools and teachers high and differentiated performers  Make employers and their products and services differentiated and forever competitive  Make employees high flyers and job secured

What problems are we solving nationally?  More than $85B spent on 700k students each year (Govt. spends >$70B but over 50% is poor investment as more than 400k will be deemed as failures.  Over 650k of the 1.1m workforce not rewarded for their talent because they are not purposefully aligned to become high flying employees.  Over 200k are not working because their talents are not known.  Many employers will continue to be wiped out by China, T&T, South America and USA because they don’t use talent to differentiate and compete.

  • 6. Indeed the wealthiest places in Jamaica are where talents are lost forever.  About100k of 112k persons buried annually without realizing their dreams.  Almost 4k inmates who will use their talents the wrong way.

THE EDUCATION SEGMENT  Aligns all learner with the most appropriate school, teacher, class and curriculum that match their talents and learning styles.  Aligns all learning institutions with teachers, trainers and curriculum with students and communities who have specific clusters of talents.

THE INDUSTRY SEGMENT  Aligns all employer with a cluster of talent to give them uniqueness, superior productivity and competitiveness.  · Align all workers, job seekers, aspiring entrepreneurs to the appropriate industry, employers and business opportunities that match their talent to ensure that they are high flying achievers.
