This document provides results from a 2013 student survey conducted by Universum about future careers and ideal employers. Over 5,000 Australian students participated in the survey, with nearly half a million students participating globally. The survey asked students about their career goals, salary expectations, ideal career profiles, preferred industries, and most attractive employers. The results provide insight into what is most important to students and which companies they most want to work for.

skills are expected as well as developed. This
