Librarians will help with tasks like using e-readers, downloading ebooks or music, basic computer and software skills, email setup, resume building, and uploading photos but cannot provide technical support or repairs. The service helps patrons enjoy ebooks, keep kids occupied, apply for jobs, sell items online, and connect with family, as well as start businesses and save homes, enriching and empowering peoples' lives.
