Turkey is a country located on two continents with a long history spanning many civilizations. It has diverse regions and landscapes. Ankara is the capital located in central Turkey, with many museums, parks, and historic sites. Ataturk was Turkey's founder and first president who established the republic and modernized the nation. The Bosphorus Bridge connects Europe and Asia across the strait in Istanbul, overlooking the scenic city. Hagia Sophia was originally a church but is now a mosque, maintaining its historic significance. Cappadocia has unique rock formations that people once lived in, and was an important stop on the Silk Road.

Welcome to Turkey,a country that bridges two continents,and which for over ten thousand years has been the home of the great Cultures and civilization of the world!It has got seven regions and 3 seasons.Many poets and painters lost their hearts to the wonders and diversity of this land.One moment you are ,in the Early Bronze Age,another you live the riches of the Roman Civilization, or you may feel like a sultan in the glamorous places of the Ottoman Empire.

4. ANKARA

6. Ankara is the capital city of Turkey.It is in the Central Antolia Region.It has got a lot of important places.Such as museums,parks, touristic places. It is the heart of Turkey.

Atatürk was born in Selaniko in 1881.All people around him understood that he was very smart.He’s our leader and our founder.If he wasn’t our founder,we wouldn’t be a in dependent country.He established The Turkish Republic and he was our first president.We follow him.He died in 1938 and his grave is in Ankara in Anıtkabir.

11. BOSPHORUS BRİDGE

12. It connects Asia and Europe.It’s total lenght is 1560 meter and ıt’s height from the sea is 64 meters. When you pass across the side ,the panorama of Istanbul will effect you so much

Hag h ia Sophia is located in sultanahmet across from sultanahmet mosque.lt was origanally built as a church.Haghia Sophia was ocasinally damaged but was repaired and additions were built.Despite the changes, its essence remains untouched.For hundreds of years it has symbolized and been a reminder of the conguest of istanbul.

Cappadocia accured 60 million years ago by spray lav of Erciyes and Hasandag.It is a place where nature and history integrated.There are places which called peribacaları and people used these places as houses or churches.During the history,Cappodocia had been a social and commercial bridge between cities ;Also it had been an important role in Silk Road

24. MAİDEN’S TOWER

Maiden’s Tower is in Istanbul too.lt was built on a small rocky island in the middle of the sea near üsküdar.It is at the intersection of Asia and Europe, non-unique position in the world with 2500 years of history.There are so many legends about it. At the moment , it has got a daytime cafeteria and a restaurant. İn the evenings a fascinating atmosphere waits for you.lt is one of the first things which comes to ones mind about this city and has been the subject of many paintings and pictures.

28. PAMUKKALE

29. Pamukkale, underground sources of water contained in pools formed from the lime. In Denizli. 2700 meters long and 160 meters high. Bright white color is possible to see from a distance of 20 km to Pamukkale. Also Pamukkale antique pool , the ancient theater, should be visit ed At it’s top, there is an antique city which is called Hierapolis from the Roman city.

32. SUMELA MONASTERY

Sumela Monastery is in Trabzon .lt is perched on the rockface 270 meters above the valley.lt is a place of exceptional natural beauty.lt was initially constructed on the steep surface of rock as a small church in the 4th century. The awe _inspiring and magnificent view of the monastery ,with its frescoes and holy water, attract thousands of Turkish and foreign visitors every year.

Within the borders of Sel c uk district of Izmir, the ancient city of Ephesus, the first company BC To 6000 years, the Neolithic Period (Neolithic) is up in Ephesus, the ruins of history has changed locations several times about 8 kilome ters over a wide area . Ayasuluk Hill, Artemision, Ephesus and Selcuk ruins in the four main regions average 1.5 million per year is being visited by tourists. It is the first city that made by marble.

41. Antalya is located in the south of Turkey.İt has got waterfalls, beautiful beaches, rich historical artifacts . You can lıve four seasons in Antalya . So that , it is the capital city of tourism. Antalya is the number of days is quite fless. The climate of the province is typical medditerranean . It is hot and dry in summers and ıt is rainy in winters.Sunshine is guaranteed from April to October and the winters are pleasantly mild .
