Kajsa Hartig is a digital navigator at Nordiska museet, Sweden's largest cultural history museum. She discusses how digital technologies are disrupting museums and customer expectations. Nordiska museet has transformed by trying new tools in 2009, establishing a New Media department in 2011, and appointing Hartig as a digital navigator. As a navigator, she ignites new projects, introduces technologies, amplifies exhibits, and supports staff education to help the museum adapt to changing times.
