Membership Requirements
Continuing Education-Education is continuous and mandatory.

Local MLS membership-All FORCE members must be active and
participating members in the local MLS system that they classify
as their market area and be in good standing.

Industry references-Prospective members must provide REO and
real estate industry references upon request. Scorecards from
within the last 90 days can be submitted in lieu of references.

Code of Conduct-We require that FORCE members abide by our
Code of Conduct.

Commitment to excellence-We require that FORCE members
uphold the highest professional standards.

  • 2. What is the FORCE? More than an elite agent network, the FORCE is a bridge to better relationships with servicing leaders. The Federation is focused on establishing and maintaining the most powerful network for our members through daily updates, expert counsel, marketing insights, and advanced academics.
  • 3. Mission Statement The Five Star FORCE is committed to cultivating, supporting, reinforcing, and advancing the brands and businesses of industry-leading agents and brokers. By developing an enriching environment and collaborative community, the members of the FORCE are proudly promoted and marketed to lenders, servicers, and asset managers throughout the servicing community
  • 4. Our Team Can Help Your Business The Five Star FORCE is a federation of agents/brokers dedicated to increasing their exposure, marketing themselves as a group, and staying on the cutting edge of REO. We have the experience and drive to make sure our members have every opportunity to succeed.
  • 5. Membership Requirements Continuing Education-Education is continuous and mandatory. Local MLS membership-All FORCE members must be active and participating members in the local MLS system that they classify as their market area and be in good standing. Industry references-Prospective members must provide REO and real estate industry references upon request. Scorecards from within the last 90 days can be submitted in lieu of references. Code of Conduct-We require that FORCE members abide by our Code of Conduct. Commitment to excellence-We require that FORCE members uphold the highest professional standards.
