Objectives
 Robotics is an affective field in our daily life . It
goes deep in all other fields whatever it is helping
make doing their jobs much easier , faster , and
more accurate than finishing them manually.
1- Identifying this main problem of robots, which is
robots takeover the world! And what did scientists
say about it over the years.
2- Evaluating the problem’s effects on our society and
other societies, too.
3- Knowing what other researchers have done to
solve it.
4- Knowing the result of this research and
recommend some solutions from my point of view.
Background
Introduction
 In 1992, John McCarthy[1], Found that
artificial intelligence to describe computer
programs which seemingly exhibit
intelligence.
 Robotics is the output of attempts when
people tried to add some behaviors and
attributes people to computers to make
them more intelligent
 With the revolution in technology ,
robotics and AI comes many worries
from scientists , businessmen ,
economists , and workers.
 The Propose of this proposal is to study
the main problem of Robots, which is
Robots Takeover!
Problem Statement
 "Machines will be capable, within
twenty years, of doing any work a
man can do!" - Simon H.A
 Social problems, for example the
percentage of the unemployment
will increase.
Problem Statement (Cont.)
 "Steven Hawking" [4], fears that with the
massive development in robotics and AI
robots can actually have their own
personalities and that surely affects
human existence .
 Businessmen like Martin "Ford”[5] , fears
that the technology may be a threat of a
jobless future as everything can be
automated by robotics scientists, and he
included these idea and the statistics of it
in his book "RISE OF THE ROBOTS".
Problem Statement (Cont.)
 Richard Bandler and John Grinder made a
theory called “Natural Language
Processing” or “NLP” which makes
robots more responsive by understanding
people languages, and deal with them in
an active way.
 "Arthur Samuel" [6] figured another
solution for this problem, which is called
“Machine learning”. It’s the way to make
robots able to learn from the situations
they were put in.
Literature Review
 We can automating the methods that help
us do our jobs but not investing systems to
do it and always include human elements
in any automated system.
 Example: we can provide the taxi driver
with software that help him stay safe and on
the right track even call emergency
automatically in danger instead of replacing
him with a robot .
