Screening, Training and Performance Management All employees who will ever work with our clients undergo an online 200 point customer service test to help us screen in those most oriented towards customer service. All new hires undergo a CORI, SORI, and pre-employment drug screen. All our chauffeurs receive a full classroom and on road training with a rigid testing component. All CSR agents undergo formal classroom training with extensive practice to ensure that they are able to meet the clients every need. Our managers are all trained in Situational Leadership and are coached to help the employees with any potential service deviation. We utilize SOP’s to ensure we catch our mistakes before they happen, but if we ever make a mistake, we only make it once.
