Frank is a tool for UI automation testing of iOS and Mac apps. it also includes a neat app inspector, called Symbiote.
He is quite old in the market, has been around for 2 years or so. When it was launched Frank extended KIF, another framework with the same purpose. Meanwhile Apple made their framework, PublicAutomation, available for free, so Pete Hodgson (the creator of Frank) switched to it. Basically with Frank, you get the power of Apple and the possibility to adapt it to your needs.
Alternatives to Frank:
UIAutomation – restrictive (included in Instruments from Xcode)
KIF – was extended by Frank
Calabash - for full power you must use Xamarin, which is not free
EggPlant – accesses your application over remote control, which is pretty neat, but unfortunately is not free.
Appium – a good option too, especially if you have a cross platform application

Java was created by James Gosling and his team at Sun Microsystems in 1991. It was originally designed for television but later shifted focus to use on the Internet when released in 1996. Java applications are compiled to bytecode that can run on any Java Virtual Machine, making code portable across platforms. Key features of Java include its simplicity, object-oriented design, security, and ability to write code once and run it anywhere. It differs from C/C++ in its removal of pointers and inclusion of automatic memory management through garbage collection.

“Enterprise” and “Node.js” are generally two terms which are rarely seen together, but developing on an (what are considered) “enterprise level” stack doesn’t mean you can’t sneak some Node.js into your workflow. This talk will cover using Node.js, Express, Grunt/Gulp, Commander to build custom workflow tools, mock APIs, and test suites to allow you to maintain sanity while working with more traditional environments. We will cover a simple use case for using Node and Express to smooth Front-end development workflow, and how to package your custom tool as an NPM module for others to install.

Android jetpack compose | Declarative UI
