This document discusses improving bicycle parking and its impact on public spaces. It outlines a 6 step policy process for developing bicycle parking strategies that include: 1) putting bicycle parking on the policy agenda, 2) taking an integral approach, 3) analyzing current issues, 4) setting goals, 5) implementing solutions, and 6) evaluating outcomes. The document also discusses practical considerations for bicycle parking including user preferences, space efficiency, visibility, and combining parking with other amenities. Effective communication is highlighted as important for promoting bicycle parking facilities.

The UK Market for Agri-Food and Horticultural Products: opportunities for Dut...DutchEmbassy
The Embassy of the Netherlands commissioned leading agri-food consultancy Promar International to review the UK agri-food and horticultural market. The purpose of the research was to identify opportunities in the UK agri-food market for Dutch food and drink Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME’s) (1-5 year time horizon). The research was carried out between April and June 2013, consisting of:
-Desk-based analysis of a significant body of published information and data.
-Supplemented by telephone interviews with industry leaders.
This report documents key analysis, insights and conclusions.

Van Raam is a manufacturer of unique special needs bicycles. Van Raam's range is a wide selection of adapted bikes for people with disabilities and for people who can no longer or do not want to cycle on a standard two-wheel bike.
The range includes:

• Mobility scooter bike
• Low step-through bike
• Walking aid
Cycling together
• Side-by-side tandem bikes
• Tandem bikes
• Wheelchair bikes
• Transport bikes
For almost 110 years Van Raam produces bicycles, with a focus on the production of adapted bicycles for over 40 years. More than 230 employees are working on production bicycles of Dutch quality in the bicycle factory in Varsseveld (the Netherlands). Its one of the cleanest and smartest factories in the Netherlands. The bikes are made for adults of children with a disability of who are looking for more safety and stability while cycling.
As a manufacturer of special needs bikes, Van Raam strives to offer sustainable and contemporary mobility to as many people as possible. Van Raam does not do this only in the Netherlands, but the bikes travel all over the world, with a focus on all European countries and North America.
Van Raam believes that if people with a disability are mobile and independent for longer, they are happier. Van Raam would like to contribute to the integration of people with a disability in society: ‘Let’s all cycle!’
