This document discusses the strategic research agenda of the IIP-SaaS, which aims to advance capabilities around software as a service (SaaS) in the Netherlands. The IIP-SaaS wants to create integrated projects with businesses, academia, and government to develop a business ecosystem and testbed around SaaS. The goal is to improve productivity and competitiveness in the Dutch services sector through SaaS.
