This document describes a quality improvement project to reduce the time users take to exit the Faculty of Engineering's motorcycle parking area. The team first defined and measured the problem, finding 86% defects and high variability. Analysis showed the main causes were forgetting locations and lack of a standardized route. The team improved the area by classifying parking spots with numbers and letters and creating a clear flow direction. After implementing these changes, defects reduced to 13% with much lower variability. User satisfaction increased from 33% to 84%.
