My presentation slides from today's seminar at Talentum. Slides are in Finnish unfortunately. Some main themes relate to project management tasks and how project management should change if we do have a potential IT dispute at hand. I also raised some points on the selection of appropriate measures for a specific dispute and how to evaluate cancellation, termination, discontinuation obligation, damages, unjustified enrichment and price reduction arguments and burden of proof issues. More attention should be paid to error tolerance which is still quite high in Finnish IT dispute although the world has changed a bit to the direction that customers expect more. Also one issue not so widely discussed in Finland is the relationship between price reduction and damages claims and I would argue that more attention should be paid to limitation of liability clauses to limit potential exposures in this respect.

Trial maneuvering simulates potential maneuvers on ARPA to avoid collisions by predicting how a vessel's course or speed change would affect surrounding targets over time. It can be run statically to immediately view results or dynamically to display predicted movements in increments. This allows evaluating different maneuvers to determine the safest option.

It can carry up to 100kg of payload and has a minimum lifetime of 7 years in a 500km orbit. The platform takes advantage of OneWeb's satellite production methods, allowing for mass production of up to 15 satellites per week. This drives down costs through economies of scale. A data warehouse is a central relational database that contains all measurements about a business or an organisation. This data comes from a variety of heterogeneous data sources, which includes databases of any type that back the applications used by the company, data files exported by some applications, or APIs provided by internal or external services.
But designing a data warehouse correctly is a hard task, which requires gathering information about the business processes that need to be analysed in the first place. These processes must be translated into so-called star schemas, which means, denormalised databases where each table represents a dimension or facts.
