This document contains an English exam for a 5th grade student. It is divided into three sections that require the student to transform sentences into the present perfect continuous tense in affirmative, negative, and interrogative forms. The first section provides 7 sentences to change to the affirmative, the second provides 7 sentences to change to the negative, and the third provides 7 sentences to change to the interrogative form.
