Abstract
This paper begins with a general idea of self disclosure by therapists and the
importance of keeping the client s needs first. It covers many aspects of self
disclosure including ethically what to look for in the motives of using self disclosure
with a client. There are other aspects of self disclosure which include transference and
countertransference which are issues which need to be attended to immediately for
the therapist to remain objective and not react to a client. Therapists must be cautious
in disclosing information and make sure it is relevant to treatment. Beneficence and
nonmaleficence are important things to consider when self disclosing and the
therapist must be educated, well trained, and have experience before considering self
disclosure. Also included in this paper are different orientations in relation to self
disclosure. Those orientations include Adlerian therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy,

attached. The Mustang must now be checked for any faults that may cause the car to
fail under any condition. This is done by lasers that check for correct measurements

precise machine; this process is called setting the door . Then the rear deck fixture
is attached by another machine and is welded on. The hood, which is added on
next, is not made of steel, but rather it is plastic in order to reduce weight of the
car, and therefore reduces gas mileage. The cars then arrive at the paint shop. The
cars receive a coat called the E Coat which allows paint to be attracted to the car
electrostatically and protects it against rust and corrosion as well. The cars are
then clocked , which is basically sealing any openings on the car. The car is then
polished very carefully to prepare for the coat of paint that is applied and chosen
electronically on a computer. This allows the paint to have a smooth, even coat, and
a consistent texture and color. The clear coat is put on after the paint to make the
car look polished and shiny. The car is then baked in three ovens, the final one

The Change Model Of An Organization
According to Goodstein and Burke (1988) Lewin s change model consisted of three
steps. The first step is to Unfreeze the present pattern of behavior (Goodstein and
Burk 1998 pp. 10 11). By shaking up the corporate ladder, adding new training and
eliciting feedback the leaders can make their organization more receptive to change.
Removing individuals stuck in the same old ways of thinking, promoting open
minded individuals and training staff will allow change to take root in an
organization. Movement as described by Goodstein and Burk (1998) includes the
actual action and implementation of change. Taking the steps to modify the
organization not in practice, but in reality. This is the most important as well as the
most challenging of the steps. Leaders can talk all day about proposed changes and
new ideas, but change requires action to come to fruition. Leaders must follow
through with their plans and remain steadfast in their adherence to the change. The
last step is refreezing , this is the locking in of the new changes and attitudes to
continue to do business as the changed organization. This could include hiring
likeminded individuals that conform to the new changes and providing incentives to
employees that have accepted and excelled with the changes made.
Kotter (1995) provided eight steps to his organizational change model. After review
they appear to be a clear cut guide to follow to make lasting change. Step one was to
create a sense of urgency.

When my cats get to going, it is probable that my house may be destroyed. They
aren t kittens any longer, but when they play together, they might has well be.
They chase anything and everything, and they can make a mess out of the most
unlikely things. This isn t usually a problem for me, but when they start scratching
the furniture, that is when I have to get the spray bottle out. I have one sitting by
my desk, and one in the living room just to keep tabs on my cats. I have them filled
with water, and we all know how cats feel about water. They don t like it for
anything other than drinking. If you don t believe me, go ahead and try to give
your cat a bath. That should put all of your doubts to rest. I don t like to use any
form of discipline that might hurt my cats, so I stick to the water spray bottle.

Abstract
Corporate social responsibility is a crucial factor for corporations to build
sustainability of their business process that will help to create shared values for
companies and society. Iraq is one of the most countries in the world that needs this
kind of sustainability to build and reform the infrastructure economically and socially.
But, unfortunately, the facts on the ground are quite the opposite, and these
corporations got affected by the corruption that has been eroding the country for
years. In this study I will try to spot the light on how these companies have been
profiting in Iraq and escaping their social responsibilities, also how can the
stakeholders influence the financial performance of these enterprises. I will explain
about (Zain Iraq) and how it is doing a good job comparing it to other big
corporations in the country. Will suggest five ways in which the primary stakeholders

I recommend to the board to buy a stock in Boeing. Boeing is a well established
aerospace manufacturing company with a high dividend yield. It had made
substantial positive gains. Some of Boeing s strengths include strong market
position, increase in global aerospace and defense spending, increase in passenger
travel, decreased expenses, and increased operational performance. I believe our
company will benefit from Boeings high dividend yield and receive positive gains.
Aerospace manufacturing is an industry aimed towards markets that produce
commercial jetliners, defense aircraft, space systems, and other related products. The
two major markets are Aerospace and defense. Several manufacturing companies and
suppliers are well known for producing and supplying the aircrafts that are used
every day. Some of these major players have contracts in place to produce aircraft
with government and air transportation companies. Some of the same major
companies also have contracts with smaller companies to produce certain products.
Transportation aircraft would be considered the biggest segment of the aircraft
industry. These aircrafts vary in size and in function and are responsible for

To most, the color purple holds insignificant meaning. It is a simple intermediate
color lying between red and blue, with very little significance other than to be
someone s favorite color. In all reality, the color holds so much more meaning. In
the novel, The Color Purple, the color is used as an allusion to biblical reference.
Aside from the color itself, other references were made through direct conversation
with Godand the main characters struggle to maintain belief in a higher being

I remember the Columbine shooting like it was yesterday. I think it is the first
event that I experienced that made me realize that the world is a dangerous place. It
was an event that open the nation s eyes to psychological issues that are faced by
adolescents. It seems like every class psychology class I took after that found an
opportunity discuss the event, and many liked to blame the prevalence of violence in
entertainment. Sadly, it is also due to this event that there is so much literature
available on the subject. The problem with this research, is that it seems to vary
greatly on it s findings. In 2011 the supreme court ruled that the research was

Aim:
To study the agglutination pattern of different strains of Psuedomonas aeruginosa to
different sialic acid binding lectins.
Absract:
The cell membrane of two strains of Psuedomonas aeruginosa, P22 and P201 were
treated the sialic acid lectins SNA I, WGA, MAL and HAA to confirm the presence
of sialic acid carbohydrates in the cell surface membranes of these strains. This was
done by using two sets of samples one treated with trypsin and the other without. The
sample treated with trypsin showed agglutination for all lectins while the untreated

1.It is important to study sialic acid binding lectins because their glyco conjugates on
the cell membrane of microorganisms are usually associated with virulence factors
that cause disease eg. Streptococcus suis which has a high sialic acid content on its
cell membrane causes infections in pigs and humans resulting in cases of meningitis
and endocartis. Sialic acid is also associated with P. aeruginosa and the virulence it
normally induces. Other lectins that are also of importance in microbiology and/or
cell biology are mannose binding lectins which are also associated with virulence.
2.The agglutination is based on binding of the sialic acid to the cell membrane. To
confirm that sialic acid carbohyrates are responsible for the binding the cells can be
stripped of sialic acid and the experiment repeated.
The cells are treated with sialidase from C. Perfringens to remove sialic acid
carbohydrates from the cell surface membrane.
Cell are given a 6 hour growth period
Cells are then centrifuged and re suspended in sialidase and buffer and incubated to
remove any sialic acid carbohydrates.
