Precise calibrations Pvt. Ltd is established for providing
calibration and equipment validation services for test and
process instruments. And is formed as professionally
managed third party calibration and Validation Company with
experience and exposure in complete calibration and
validation requirements of electrical and engineering
industries as per the international standards.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Our Laboratory is equipped with the latest calibration facilities
to handle various kinds of calibrations as per BIS Standards.
The lab has been designed so as to provide proper lighting ,
heating and ventilation for healthy working conditions. The
lab maintains a clean and pollution free atmosphere. Its
working conditions i.e temp 25ºC (±2.5ºC) and humidity are
maintained in the lab for the calibrations to be carried out
under these controlled conditions. The lab maintain the
records for the environmental conditions in the log books.

Instrument calibration is one of the primary
processes used to maintain instrument accuracy.
Calibration is the process of configuring
an instrument to provide a result for a sample within
an acceptable range. It may also include adjustment
of the instrument to bring it into alignment with the
standard.

8. How frequently Calibration required ?
Instrument calibration has to be repeated at prescribed
intervals because the characteristics of any instrument

frequency of calibration:

9. Calibration required regularity.
 How often you calibrate your instrument is a
balance between risk and cost. The shorter the
period between calibrations, lower the risk of
questionable measurements.
 We consequently recommend annual
calibration for electrical instruments.
Equipment used on a daily basis will have a
shorter calibration cycle than equipment used
once or twice a month.
