• Shri. T. Suvarna Raju serves as the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director, Director of Design &
Development , Managing Director of Helicopter Complex at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited since February 1, 2012
and June 1, 2013 respectively
• Overhaul Division before taking over Director, Design & Development on 1st February, 2012. He is a firm believer
that ‘Best of Technology can never be bought, It can only be developed”. With this vision to transform the
company into a Technology Powerhouse, he has been instrumental in taking various path breaking measures to

Executive Officer of AC at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and served as its General Manager of Overhaul
Division. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA and also an alumnus of National Law
School of India University. After the completion academic training at IIT Madras and Management
Academy of HAL, he handled various key assignments at 3 Divisions of HAL having distinctly different
product lines and has since gained over 35 years of comprehensive management and engineering
experience in HAL. In an Air Transport Seminar organized by “AIRBUS” - France, he was conferred with
2 prizes in recognition to his demonstration of remarkable competence in presentation &
conceptualization skills.

• Wg. Cdr. (Retd) Siva Rama Krishna Neti has been Chief Executive Officer of Hatsoff at Hindustan
Aeronautics Limited since March 1, 2014. Wing Commander Neti is an accomplished Helicopter pilot
having more than 6500 hours of flying experience during his 22 long years of service in the Indian Air
Force. He was a Deputy Chief Test Pilot at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. He has in depth knowledge on
