This study analyzes the effectiveness of OSCE mentorship at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in improving students' passing rates for the OSCE component of the UKMPPD national examination. Results indicated a significant increase in passing scores, from 54% to 93% for participants, highlighting the benefits of a supportive mentorship environment and constructive feedback. The findings suggest that mentorship is an effective strategy for enhancing student performance in medical examinations.
