1) A study analyzed the effectiveness of OSCE mentorship programs at the School of Medicine Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in Indonesia in helping students pass the national OSCE UKMPPD exam. 2) 153 medical students participated in pre-tests, experimental programs of lectures, independent learning, simulated OSCE practice exams, and psychological motivation sessions, and post-tests. 3) Results found that the percentage of students passing the local OSCE Compre exam increased from 54% to 93%, and low-performing students saw particularly high increases in their exam scores after going through the mentorship programs.
