1) A study analyzed the effectiveness of OSCE mentorship programs at the School of Medicine Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in Indonesia in helping students pass the national OSCE UKMPPD exam. 2) 153 medical students participated in pre-tests, experimental programs of lectures, independent learning, simulated OSCE practice exams, and psychological motivation sessions, and post-tests. 3) Results found that the percentage of students passing the local OSCE Compre exam increased from 54% to 93%, and low-performing students saw particularly high increases in their exam scores after going through the mentorship programs.

This study compared professional behavior scores of occupational therapy students who experienced traditional 1:1 fieldwork supervision versus a collaborative fieldwork model (CMFE). Results showed there was no significant difference in professional behavior scores between the two groups. This supports the CMFE as an effective pedagogy without compromising learning. The CMFE can help address the shortage of fieldwork placements by allowing multiple students to be supervised simultaneously. This study aims to forecast the difference between teachers' self-assessment of achievements and their actual assessment in primary schools in Bera District, Pahang, Malaysia. 245 teachers were randomly selected from 38 primary schools to determine if there are differences based on gender, age, academic achievement, or self-efficacy. Descriptive analysis and t-tests, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation were used to analyze the factors. The study found the most dominant factor in teachers' acceptance of achievement assessments was the impression of assessment reports. It also found significant differences based on gender for two factors, age for three factors, academic achievement for three factors, and self-efficacy for three factors. This document describes a study that introduced Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs) as an assessment tool in formative examinations for the Dermatology, Venereology and Leprology department at a medical college in India. The study aimed to assess the feasibility and acceptability of OSCEs by students and faculty. Students and faculty were oriented to OSCEs and then 15 stations were used to assess students' clinical skills over 15 days. Feedback found that over 90% of students and faculty found OSCEs acceptable, feasible, improved clinical skills, and were better than conventional assessment methods. intervention it was significantly associated with age in year, passed higher secondary in how many attempts and
hobbies. The finding suggests that motivational intervention was effective in reducing level of Anxiety of
unsuccessful B.Sc (N) students.

Anxiety is the emotional response to that events. Anxiety also serves an important protective function. It signals that something is wrong so that we can move out of a potentially dangerous situation. We can retrain our thinking to better cope with significantly reduce test anxiety. A study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of mindfulness techniques on test anxiety among B.Sc N students in selected college at Chennai. The objective of the study is to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness techniques among the B.Sc N students. The hypothesis formulated was there is significant association between the mindfulness techniques on the level of test anxiety among B.Sc N students. The review of literature included the related studies which provide a strong foundation for the study including the basis for conceptual framework and formation of tool. The research design used for this study was pre experimental one group pre test post test design. It was carried out with 30 samples who fulfilled the inclusion criteria. Purposive sampling techniques was used to select the samples. An interview schedule was used to assess the pre test and post test level of test anxiety. A integrated mindfulness techniques was given for students for the duration of 30 40 minutes, a standardized tool was given to the students for duration of 10 to 15 minutes. The post test was conducted at the end of the 7th day by using same tool. The analysis revealed that the pre test level of test anxiety mean score was 34.0 with standard deviation 4.40 and post test level of test anxiety mean score was 22.3 with standard deviation 2.85. The paired ‘t’ value was 12.96 which showed highly significant at p 0.001 level. Thus it indicates the effectiveness of mindfulness on level of test anxiety among B.Sc N students. Determinants of Lecturers Assessment Practice in Higher Education in Somalia

This study assessed nursing students' skills in classifying pressure ulcers and compared the effectiveness of an e-learning program versus a standard lecture. Senior nursing students were randomly assigned to an intervention group that received e-learning education on pressure ulcer classification or a control group that received a standard lecture. Both groups completed pre- and post-tests on pressure ulcer classification. The results showed that students' classification skills improved after both types of training, but improved more for the group that received e-learning education. The e-learning program was more effective than the standard lecture at enhancing nursing students' skills in pressure ulcer classification.
