5. By simply cleaning the surface of the
sleeve, the adhesion is re-activated…
Applying primer to the edge of the
plate increases the level of
adhesion…
Plate mounting is the same as on
tape…
…however, plate removal is much
easier as Twinlock adhesion does not
increase under pressure.

How does it work?

6. We offer 4 different identities in 3
different hardnesses:
1) Soft
2) Medium
3) Hard
>85% we produce is Medium
<15% is Hard/ Soft

7. For all available tape densities we
offer a matching Twinlock
compressibility.
The print quality on Twinlock is as
good as on tape, but Twinlock;
• Is more consistent than tape
• Absorbs bounce better than
tape
• Enables you to reach higher
press speeds compared to tape

8. • Closed cell foam tape is only temporarily
compressible.
• The air pockets collapse under print pressure.
• The result is inconsistent print quality and regular
on press adjustments.
• Twinlock is built on Polyurethane foam.
• Open cell foam does not collapse under print
pressure and can absorb bounce more
effectively.
• This provides a more reliable and consistent print
quality and therefore less on press adjustments.

9. The outside diameter (OD) of Twinlock is
more accurate than any sleeve mounted
with tape. Tolerance of a Twinlock sleeve is
±2/100mm (±20μ).
The final polymer layer is custom made to
precisely match the calculated outer
diameter reference.
Every sleeve is measured by laser during,
and at the end of the production process to
ensure total accuracy.
This also guarantees exact measurements
on any re-orders, accompanying sets or re-
coats.
