 Never make a promise you will not keep.
 Make meaningful promises and commitments to do
  better and be better.
 Use self-knowledge and be very selective about the
  commitments you make.
 Consider promises as a measure of your personal
  integrity.
 Remember that your personal integrity is the basis for
  success with others. ☺

  team member’s ability to contribute. ☺
